Making the SOS Plan a reality
SOS supporters are currently pushing the SOS plan through the regulatory framework that governs the Gulf's recreational
fisheries, building additional support for for-hire fishermen and other interested parties, and are working on a pilot
project to test data collection tools that could be used to implement the plan.
